Called Mark this morning to fix water leak under the kitchen floor. He was able to come out the same morning. It was... very difficult to get at and it needed him to crawl under the floor boards to get to it. It also needed a lesser-used part but he carried a spare in his well-stocked van anyway. Despite that he was able to fix it quickly. I was really pleased he was able to respond so quickly. I was also really pleased with the friendly, effective and professional service I received.
