Thank you Emergencyman Plumber for coming out on a Sunday to help us urgently sort out a blocked bath and kitchen pipes in a flat. Julie was very clear on the phone on what we should expect, how much it will cost and confirmed with us several times to check we understood everything. She also made sure Mark the plumber called us back to confirm details of the issue. Mark then came round within 30mins and sorted the problem out quickly and without any fuss. Mark was very friendly, kind, professional and very respectful of the property. Without Mark and Julie, we won't be able to use the bath or kitchen for the whole weekend! Seeing that it was an emergency plumbing issue, it was definitely worth the cost! Thank you so much for your help! Called Mark this morning to fix water leak under the kitchen floor. He was able to come out the same morning. It was very difficult to get at and it needed him to crawl under the floor boards to get to it. It also needed a lesser-used part but he carried a spare in his well-stocked van anyway. Despite that he was able to fix it quickly.  I was really pleased he was able to respond so quickly. I was also really pleased with the friendly, effective and professional service I received. Repair or Replace?

There may be times when a repair simply isn’t practical. If the job needs more than just a few parts replaced, or if you simply want to take the opportunity to have a new install, we use several suppliers to the trade and are always shopping around for the best prices.

Rather than have that old leaking tap fixed or that tired shower head replaced, you can have us install new taps, a new shower and a wide range of other products.

We’re happy to give advice while on the job, and if we think a replacement isn’t really necessary we’ll tell you so. However, if it looks like it’s seen better days, we may at least tell you what a new fit would cost, leaving the choice entirely up to you.
