When Mr and Mrs Buchanan from Cross Gates called us out to fix their bathroom radiator, we saw it was well past its best. We asked if they’d ever considered a heated towel rail instead, and they loved the idea. As well as fitting this lovely model for them, our plumber was also able to source it.

Repair or Replace?
There may be times when a repair simply isn’t practical. If the job needs more than just a few parts replaced, or if you simply want to take the opportunity to have a new install, we use several suppliers to the trade and are always shopping around for the best prices.
Rather than have that old leaking tap fixed or that tired shower head replaced, you can have us install new taps, a new shower and a wide range of other products.
We’re happy to give advice while on the job, and if we think a replacement isn’t really necessary we’ll tell you so. However, if it looks like it’s seen better days, we may at least tell you what a new fit would cost, leaving the choice entirely up to you.
